Ingredients

1/2 cup fresh spinach

1/4 cup soaked, raw cashews

1/2 cup frozen berries

1/2 a frozen banana

1 tbsp hempseed or coconut oil

1 tbsp coconut yoghurt or coconut cream

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 scoop of vanilla pea protein (optional)
Method

In a high-powered blender, Nutri bullet, or by using a stick blender, add in all of your smoothie ingredients

Blend until smooth.

Serve with chia seeds, goji berries or cacao nibs on top.
