  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach

  • 1/4 cup soaked, raw cashews

  • 1/2 cup frozen berries

  • 1/2 a frozen banana

  • 1 tbsp hempseed or coconut oil

  • 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt or coconut cream

  • cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 scoop of vanilla pea protein (optional)


  1. In a high-powered blender, Nutri bullet, or by using a stick blender, add in all of your smoothie ingredients

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Serve with chia seeds, goji berries or cacao nibs on top.

Wake up with a tasty, dreamy, feels like you're floating on a cloud smoothie. The cashews create a creamy base and add a boost of essential fats, whilst the fruit and spinach add loads of nutritional benefits.
