Ingredients

Organic if possible

  • 6 medium sized carrots

  • 2 lemons

  • 1 orange

  • 1 grapefruit

  • 2 thumbs ginger

  • 1 piece fresh turmeric, or 1/2 tsp ground turmeric

  • 1-2ml Echinacea extract, optional

Method
 

  1. Peel any thick-skinned fruit like lemons, oranges and grapefruit.

  2. Juice all of your ingredients

  3. If using ground turmeric, mix into the juice well.

  4. Serve straight away. These can be made the night before and stored in glass takeaway jars ready for the morning.
