Richie Hardcore is a board member at White Ribbon New Zealand and a Ministry of Social Development ‘It’s Not Ok’ Champion working to end domestic violence. He is an educator and public speaker, speaking passionately on mental health and wellness. As a former alcohol and drug harm reduction worker, he is well equipped to address alcohol and drug addiction issues in our society.
Live Well with Richie focuses on alcohol and drug addiction and the effects it has on your life, and the lives of others around you. He concentrates on real challenges and how you can overcome them in day to day life.
This workshop is great alongside ‘Finding Your Why’ as Jared focuses on putting things into action and developing a mindset of success, with the ultimate goal of becoming a happier and healthier version of yourself.
Performance Mindset with Jared focuses on working towards targets, being a team player and smashing performance measures. The skills learned at this workshop can be applied to any area of your life!
Dave Letele is a former heavyweight boxer and the creator of Butterbean Motivation. Through his own experience of hardship Dave found his ‘why’, driving him to change directions and motivate others to do the same.
Finding Your ‘Why’ with Dave will motivate and inspire you to achieve your goals through discovering your reason for action.
At Willingness to Recover Vibeke shares the very real struggles she faced with her mental health, how it led her down a dark path of loneliness and destruction, and her journey towards recovery.
Vibeke works as the COO of Wellme alongside husband Gareth O’Donnell (CEO). She is a mum to 3 kids, and has experience in marketing and fitness – working as a fitness instructor and coach for many years.
Burning Out to Burning Up with Nats Levi focuses on building a unique lifestyle that leaves you energetic, efficient, balanced and an all round better human! She believes that health and wellness shouldn’t be ‘one size fits all’, as we all have different lifestyles and needs.
Nats Levi is a sought after health and fitness coach who preaches that a sustainable lifestyle is the best way to achieve your health and wellness goals. She is a renowned fitness woman, having represented Les Mills International in group fitness and spoken at both national and international industry events. She has also won awards for her work and programs within the New Zealand fitness industry.
Understanding Stress with Bree will cover both the healthy and unhealthy aspects of stress, drawing insight and examples from her own life experiences. Using Sir Mason Durie’s Mental Health Model - Te Whare Tapa Wha, Bree will equip you with the tools to manage and understand stress in your life.
Bree worked as an Account Director for an Outdoor Sales company in Auckland. She worked in the fast paced media industry for 11 years, which - not surprisingly - taught her much about the impact of stress and how to manage it in day to day life. She has a Bachelor of Counselling degree and worked in therapeutic practices for 3 years.
